How to install SGX SDK on Windows 11

Hello,

I am trying to debug in order to install SGX on Windows 11 by downloading SGX PSW. First, I downloaded Visual Studio 2022 then SGX SDK but I still have a problem with installing SGX PSW. Is there any way that I can install SGX PSW as a way to debug by acquiring SGX in the process?

The Intel® SGX software installer is not fully compatible with VS 2022 and may crash if VS 2022 is present while trying to install Intel® SGX components.

To install Intel® SGX Software Components while VS 2022 is on Windows, please refer to article - Unable to install Intel® Software Guard Extensions (Intel® SGX) SDK for Windows and Platform Software (PSW) while Visual Studio* (VS) 2022 is installed.

Do I need to install Visual Studio 2019 first in order to download SGX SDK and SGX PSW in order to debug for the sake of installing SGX?
