Excerpt from the FAQ on Intel SGX says:

  • Must be developed in C/C++ using
    1. Windows* – Microsoft Visual Studio* 2012
    2. Linux* – Intel® C/C++ Compiler
  • Can only run on
    1. Windows 7 (64-bit apps only), Windows 8.1 (64/32-bit apps), Windows 10 (64/32-bit apps)
    2. Ubuntu* 64-bit version 14.04 (64/32-bit apps)

Where can I download the Devel-package and SGX Platform software for Ubuntu machines ?

I have the same question.

Does Intel have any plan to release the SGX SDK for ubuntu?

It is a headache to develop in windows....

Currently, there is no publicly available version of a SGX SDK for Linux.  Stay tuned for more information coming in late Q2/Q3 timeframe.
