Stupid Question re: SGX Attestation Development Environment

I just received my SPID via email and a link to the SGX Attestation Development Environment. I've imported the cert used to create my account.

When I click on the link to the SGX Attestation Development Environment, I get nothing except a blank page. Can someone please walk me through the steps of getting access to the Attestation Dev Environment? I'm trying to generate the files I need to sign my enclave.

I'm hoping for a quick reply since I'm trying to pull together material for a presentation I need to give next week.
