When will the enclave standard library be updated to c++17?

The enclave standard library is more than outdated (10 years!) When can we expect an update to c++14, c++17, c++20?

Is it possible to request for features or vote for requested features? I saw tickets on the intel sdk github repo. Is it considered more important if the tickets are upvoted or have a lot of comments?
