Cannot ssh into Intel DevCloud for oneAPI

Hello,

For about one month now I have not been able to ssh into intel devcloud for oneAPI.  Prior to that I was now having any problems. 

Please see the attached ssh error listing.  My user id is u221084.

I have noticed on the forum that many people have been having this problem in the last few months.  I originally signed up for Intel Devcloud for OneAPI, but it seems that Intel Tiber Devcloud is the new name, so I am confused about that,
