Docker related support

Cannot install docker in IDC beta. 

Tried using $sudo apt install docker.io, but got error "sudo: you do not exist in the passwd database".

Appreciated on any helps.

For your information, if you're using the Intel® Developer Cloud Batch Service instance, it does not have 'sudo' system access as it is a shared system and not a virtualized system.

If you're not using an Intel® Developer Cloud Batch Service instance, please provide the following information:

Reservations details

Start time:

End time:
