How to expose the application port on intel Dev cloud?

We deployed the streamlit application on an Intel Dev Cloud Jupyter notebook. We tried to expose the port using a terminal, but it required root access. Is there any way to expose the port of the deployed application?

For your information, the Intel® Developer Cloud Jupyter notebook instance does not have sudo system access as it is a shared system and not a virtualized system.

Unfortunately, root access is not available to users for the Intel Developer Cloud Jupyter Notebook system. Root access are only available in the Bare Metal and Virtual Machine instances. As a workaround, we recommend that you deploy applications that do not require root access.
