Preview requests disappear

Hi!
I sent several requests for previews of different machines, but they quietly disappeared without any notice. Now I'm trying again. I read the history, and this is a constant question for many people. Where do I go to get a free preview? Thanks.

Hi otsybulsky,

May I know if you are requesting the preview instance using your personal email address? For your information, the preview instance is not available for users with personal email addresses. You need to use a company email to request the preview instance.

By using the account registered with company email address, you may request the preview instance from the Preview Catalog by selecting the instance that best fits your requirements. Fill out the required information and submit the request. Also, if you are unable to launch the preview instance in us-region-1, kindly try to reserve in us-region-2 or us-region-3.

Hope this information helps. Do let us know if you have further inquiries.

Regards,

Luwe

Yes, I use a personal address. I will try a corporate one and write about the results. Thank you for your help!
