Publishing results

I have a question regarding publishing results obtained using Developer Cloud in a research paper:

* Am I allowed to include performance results (specifically performance on Intel GPU Max) of my own SYCL code that I obtained in Developer Cloud?

* If not, am I allowed to state that my software run succesfully and achieved expected performance (without numbers) on Developer Cloud?

Hi gogo2,

The current Terms and Conditions do not allow benchmarking or publishing any related results. For more information on the Terms & Conditions of Developer Cloud usage, please kindly refer to the documentation (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/legal/terms-of-use.html) where Section 9.2 prohibits publishing performance benchmarks.

By the way, you can state that your software is able to run successfully, however achieving “expected performance (without numbers)” may fall under performance claims depending on context. So, we would recommend avoiding this.
