Training Launch Failed.

I am contacting here about an issue I encountered while attempting to launch a training session. Unfortunately, the training could not be initiated, and I received the following error message:

I have tried reaching out to  itdc_training_requests@intel.com to request a coupon as per the message below. But no response till now.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

This is part of a new update on Intel® Tiber™ Developer Cloud (ITDC), where notebook usage now requires a cloud coupon and re-authentication. Due to high demand for cloud coupon, please expect some delays in receiving them.
