transfer cloud credit to upgrade the account

Hi,

 

I have a standard account and have already redeemed a coupon. Now I have sufficient cloud credit but I realized that I can't launch an instance with GPU due to my standard account limitation meaning I can't use my credit. Can I transfer my cloud credit to upgrade my account and also save some credit for subscribing to an instance?

I am trying to run Intel® Max Series GPU (PVC) on 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® processors – 1550 series

I've attached a screenshot of my Cloud credit balance.

I'm using us-region-1.
