Need SINIT ACM Binary

I'm looking for the SINIT ACM binary which matches the chip I'm working with.

We've acquired the chip and carrier board from Advantech and have been informed by them that they can't supply it do to confidentiality issues.

They did supply the ID needed: Intel ID 768710.

How do I get this binary?
