希望增加1.能增加寻找手机功能,电脑上点击按钮,手机就响,方便用户找手机。2.增加不连接功能,因为我的电脑现在关机了,但手机显示一直扫描,就没有意义了。而且电脑开机以后没办法快速连接到手机。电脑没办法查看手机上刚刚收到的验证码。3.希望能优化临时性传输文件的体验,虽然可以通过在对方没有软件的情况下也能收发文件,但是那是通过网络来传输,可能是有的人太多,试了一下很卡,很久都没办法打开网页把文件拿到手,需要很长时间,体验一般。所以希望手机软件里添加扫一扫功能,临时性传输文件也可以本地进行,比如给朋友自己手机上的歌曲或者图片,直接用手机在对方电脑上扫一下,然后就可以临时性,通过手机给电脑传文件或者电脑给手机传文件。

我不想用电话功能了,关闭电话功能并且清理临时存储了,但是电话号码一直显示,没有被清除。

希望能清除手机号码,保护用户隐私。

I'm getting back in touch with regards to your feedback. We truly value this feedback and I can assure you that it will be considered for future improvements. About the disconnect function and optimized file transfer, you can use the following functions: navigate to Intel Unison PC App > General > and uncheck "Start with Windows" or "Allow to run in background," or you can turn off PC/Phone Bluetooth or disconnect (refer to page 70). We also offer a similar feature called "Swift Connect" (see page 60). You can also refer to the manual for more details.

请问你们会增加反馈渠道吗?

比如微软的好多软件在中国都有专门的qq群和微信群,里面有专门的工作人员收集用户反馈。软件出问题了可以直接告诉工作人员,并且有什么觉得不好用的地方用户可以直接告诉工作人员,希望增加相应的功能。

如果可以希望能有相应语言的手册,只有英文手册,对其他语音的使用者很不友好,或者由你们的工作人员在各种网络平台上通过录制视频的方式,教使用者怎么用。如果有用户想学这个软件怎么使用,用户可以直接在各个网络找到视频教程。

I'm getting back in touch to give you an update. We translated your response carefully to ensure that we answer correctly. Please see our answers to your questions below.

 

Q1:For Intel Unison Chinese language support, please go to Microsoft Store > Intel Unison.

 

Q2:To disable phone number list to display in Intel Unison PC App > App settings > Terminate then reset and turn off contact list permission from your smartphone general settings and Unison App settings from smartphone. Data security is only between your PC and smartphone after Bluetooth pairing permission allowed.

 

Q3: For Intel Unison articles in website, you can switch to Chinese language but the guideline is in PDF English support only, and we only have screenshots unfortunately no video.

什么时候才能像微软的连接至Window一样,在后台传输文件?你们这个软件必须在前台才能传输文件,体验差太多了。

 

 

什么时候才能有中国人来回复用户的问题,你们效率太低了,翻译软件翻译的有问题,根本不能理解别人说的是什么。
