Any suggestions on how to fix this? I'm seeing the "Messages received while disconnected are not shown", which seems to be the problem. I'm on the same wifi, shows connected via bluetooth, and I've gone through all the settings on both devices and turned on everything possible.
I have tried deleting the devices and going through the setup processes a couple of times with no luck. Everything else works including calls, but not receiving text messages.

So I read on another post that you guys changed something on your end about a year ago that messed everything up and it rarely works now. Then they suggested to try the phone link. So I opened that up and set it up and what do you know everything works. The file transfer is only currently available for windows insiders and there is no gallery sync. However, the important part of sending and receiving text actually works. I'll probably keep unison and check up on it occasionally, but if it's been broken for a year I don't have my hopes up.

Hi Trent-,
Thank you for posting in the Community!
I want to know more about the issue you are encountering.
Are you using an iOS or Android?
What is the version of your Intel Unison app on your phone and windows?
Was this working before?
Any recent changes before the issue occured?
Best regards,
Dean R.

Hi, sorry for having to post again. I went to edit my post and It disappeared.
Windows Unison version: u:20.26.7865.0/c:20.26.10481.0 - says up to date
iOS Unison version: 20.26.3 [6901]
I just got a new laptop and just downloaded the app. So I have never had it working before. I still have my older laptop if you think I should try running on that to see if I can get it to work?
Thanks for any help you can give,
Trent

What do you mean??? It literally says I can receive text messages. I know I can't see the full history, but I never mentioned that being a problem. None of the limitations mentioned in that link I'm having an issue with.
What can I do with the Messages feature when the Intel® Unison™ PC app is connected to an iPhone?
You can use the contacts saved on your iPhone to send, receive, and reply to single-user messages (Text Message, if using SMS/RCS. iMessage is an instant messaging service to connect iPhone users only) through the device.

I can link several youtube videos of others with iPhone devices sending and receiving text if you want. I would edit the post to put this in there, but last time I did the entire post disappeared.

Hi Trent,
Once the Intel Unison PC App is synced with your iPhone, the text message display should show the same contact list from your iPhone. If you're not receiving text messages, please ensure both the Intel Unison PC App and the iPhone App are open and active, and that both devices are connected.
Could you please capture a screenshot of the message feature in the Intel Unison PC App? Also, note that if the text messages from your iPhone contacts include pictures or emojis, there might be limitations in receiving them.

Sorry for the late response. I'll send you a screen shot from pc app as well as the phone. I grabbed the photo off phone using the unison app btw. Never mind, it won't let me post the picture of the phone app where it shows receiving a text reply. Never had so much trouble posting on a forum before.

Hi Trent,
If you're receiving the message from both f your device while they're active, this is a completely normal behavior. Please be aware that if the text messages from your iPhone contacts contain pictures or emojis, there may be some limitations in receiving them.
After syncing the Intel Unison PC App with your iPhone, the text message display should reflect the same contact list as on your iPhone. If you are not receiving text messages, make sure that both the Intel Unison PC App and the iPhone App are open and active, and that both devices are properly connected.

I'm only seeing the yellow text in the photo on the pc app. I already synced the pc app with my iPhone else I wouldn't be able to make calls with it or send the text that they did receive. I can see the full contact list and I turned on every possible setting I see. In the phone app on the top it even says connected. There was no images in the text at all. Just a single word "test", but I'm not even receiving that. Like I said earlier I can even call and send text using the pc app, but I just can't receive anything.
