I am using the latest Unison (updated via Microsoft Store today) on Windows 11 with my iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.1.1.
Whenever I start up Unison, I start to get many notifications, even ones from 2-3 days ago. This is most noticeable with news apps. But then I start to see multiple repeats of the same notifications, and it never seems to end. And then when I disconnect my phone and reconnect it, I see the same notifications again and again.
How can I prevent this from happening?

Hi gsanders,
Thank you for posting in the community, to further assist you on this matter, I woud like to ask so few questions. Below are the following questions:
- Are you using a desktop or laptop?
- Did this phenomenon happen recently?
- Can you provide a screen shot of the multiple notification that you are receiving?
- Does the multiple notification only pop-up on the phone or in your system?
Additionally, how about checking this article about How to Enable or Disable Notifications from Intel® Unison™ PC App. Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here. How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows

I'm using a Desktop.
The multiple notifications are on my desktop only, they are not on the phone.
I can't submit a screenshot because a notification bubble pops up and then goes away, and then some number of minutes later a duplicate pops up that looks the same. They are also notifications I may have seen on my phone days ago.
What can I do to address this?

Hi gsanders,
I understand. In my previous reply, I provided troubleshooting steps for this issue could you try it for me? Since I can't include all the steps here, please refer to the article How to Enable or Disable Notifications from Intel® Unison™ PC App. Additionally, could you please provide your system information by generating System Support Utility (SSU) logs? You can follow the instructions in this link: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows

Hello-
Apologies for the delay, I've been traveling for work. The problem still persists, unfortunately. I was also able to get a screenshot of a recurring notification, I've seen this a few times today.
I downloaded the SSU and ran the diagnostics, but when I go to submit them to Intel this site shows up as not being valid: https://servicerequestmgmt.intel.com/webticketui/
Is there a different way to submit the logs?

Hello gsanders,
For the SSU logs you can click the "Save" button as it will save the text file containing all of your system information. Then you may send that text file on this thread. As for the notification could you try switching the notification off on the Windows Settings? You may follow this steps or if you already did please let me know:
From Windows* PC
Click System > Notifications.
Switch ON/OFF Notifications from apps and other sender (via Intel® Unison™)
Switch ON/OFF Do not disturb automatically or select from lists.
Then you may follow this as well so as the notification will not repeatedly pop up:
Press Win + N to display Windows* Notifications
You may do this: Windows* Notifications: Example of WeChat notification via Intel® Unison™ after switching On
Let me know what will be the outcome of doing this.
Best regards,
Dhanniel M.
