When connecting my laptop's Bluetooth headset, Unison immediately gives the following error

That is correct, as you can see in the user guide for the application, on page 36. under the "Limitations" tab, "the application does not support calls via wireless Bluetooth headset connected to the PC (Bluetooth headset connected to the phone is supported)"

Sure. I will check if there is a reason why the application does not support calls via a wireless Bluetooth headset connected to the PC, or if it was a design decision and provide a response as soon as possible.

Hi Alberto,
Please send a copy of the response to me as well. this is an important feature in case we we have a single headset connected to both phone and PC. very convenient to take calls.
