laptop Specifications: intel ultra5 228v
Tablet: ipad air (m2) 11 inch
Intel Unison installed on both devices
When Intel Unison is turned on in the laptop, the extended display on the bottom left does not appear
Go into the Intel driver link and complete the installation
Nevertheless, there is still no button called extended display in the bottom left of the Intel Unison app
The show me how > download package you keep talking about is possible only when at least a button called Extended display is displayed on the intel Unison app, but it is not visible
Keep getting dell sites, don't send unison app support specifications links
If you don't see the extended display button on the unison app, please let me know the solution

Hello hotoil6,
Thank you for raising that concern via Intel Community. To help you with the extended display concern, kindly follow the steps below:
- To check Intel® Unison™ Extended Display feature system requirements.
Refer to Premium Features and recommended system requirements.
- To install Intel® Unison™ Extended Displays
- If the Extended Display icon cannot be found in the Intel® Unison™ PC App, install the enhancement package (it is mandatory for the premium feature) by downloading the additional driver from the Intel® Unison™ app.
Or Extended display > Show me how > Download package.
- Extract the downloaded file.
- Right-click Certificate.cer and install the certificate.
- Select Local Machine → Place all certificates in the following store. Trusted Root Certification Authorities → Finish.
- Right-click UnisonIddDriver.inf > Install.
- Double-click on the executable file—IntelUnisonDriverSetup.
- After success is installed, the IDD service will be run as a background process in Task Manager.
- To enable/disable the Intel® Unison™ Extended Display feature
- Click the Extended Display icon.
- Switch ON/OFF for extended display
- Click Display Settings; it will prompt out Did you mean to switch apps?
- Click Yes; it will open Windows. Display settings
- To check on an error message of Cannot connect.
For the best performance of Extended Display feature usage, check the below steps:
1. Connected PCs and tablets are best with the same network environment.
2] Intel® Unison™ PC App on the connected tablet is open and visible. Switching to another app on the tablet may disconnect the feature. User may minimize the Intel® Unison™ PC App on the PC but closing it will disconnect the extended display feature.
3] By default, the extended display is positioned to the right of the primary display.
4] The extended display supported an extended mode, duplicate mode, or single screen only. It also integrates with Windows* multi-display settings. To adjust the Windows* display, click Windows > Start > Settings > System > Display or click Display Settings.
5] When switched to duplicate mode, popups might be silenced due to Windows* focus assist/DND (Do Not Disturb) mode.
6] If the PC is in sleep mode, hibernating, or the connected device encounters a connection lost, the extended display session is stopped, and the extended display icon will be turned off.
The extended display feature will be turned on again once the PC returns from sleep mode, hibernates, or connects to both devices.

How can i find the 'extended display' icon?
I downloaded this file more than 10 times, but there was no file called certificate.cer.
In my opinion, to download cetfificate.cer, the Unison app should have extended display icon.
There are several people in this community who are having the same problem as me now, but everyone is not solving it.

Hello hotoil6,
After reviewing the details, it appears that the Samsung system model "960XHA" is not compatible with the premium version and does not support the Extended Display feature. For more information, please refer to the article What Are the System Requirements for Intel Unison App.
