Regarding your enquiry about MTBF for Intel Xeon Silver 4510 Processor, please be inform that Intel does not make MTBF information available for Xeon Processors. Instead, Intel makes FIT information available but only to customer with NDA in place. You can calculate MTBF from FIT using formula below:
The formula is as follows: MTBF = 1,000,000,000 x 1/FIT
For example, if the FIT value is 2,500, the result is 400,000.
You may find FIT information in Product Release Qualification (PRQ) reports, available in Intel Resource & Documentation Center (RDC). Below is the direct link to the PRQ for 5th Gen Xeon Scalable Processors:
