Adapter teaming with 1 nic on motherboard

Hi,

I would like to know if adapter teaming is possible on a PC that has an Intel (R) 82559 Fast Ethernet LAN on the motherboard.

If I put another intel NIC (PCI) in the PC, can it be teamed with the one on the motherboard? Also, what NIC wouldbe recommended?
