Emerald Rapids

I am currently using an Eagle Stream CRB for testing DDR5 4800 RDIMMs and CLX memory expanders.  The CRB was shipped with two Sapphire Rapids CPUs, I would like to upgrade the CRB with Emerald Rapids because it is my understanding that this will give me the ability to test DDR5 5600 RDIMMs and CXL 1.1. 

Is my understanding above correct?  When will Emerald Rapids be available and how can I purchase the CPUs to upgrade my CRB?
