Getting Unable to Register with Framework trying to install megaraid web console on win2k3 x64

Trying to un-install Megaraid Web Console 2 version ir3_Windows_RWC2_v2.34-00_r2 on windows 2003 x64 and getting "Unable to Register with Framework"

Raid controller is LSI SAS 8880EM2

I have uninstalled all versions of .NET framework and rebooted and still can't uninstall.

What next ?

I don't think RWC2 has anything to do with .Net Framework... Did you try to re-install again and then uninstall?
