Hi! DX58SO keep to turn on even i shut down only stop when i hold switch power 5 second, can you help me what is wrong this one?

Hi!

DX59SO still keep turn on even i shut down and only stop when i hold switch 5 second. I update bios to 4014 but still is same. I hope that give me good answer.
