How to use intel TDX clearly？

Hello,i am learning something about intel TDX as a graduate student.

Next step,i am going to buy  the Fifth generation Xeon processors for my studying.However i cannot find that how to correctly open, install, and use TDX.

I have reviewed the files above Intel® Trust Domain Extensions (Intel® TDX).

I sincerely hope to receive more detailed installation and use of TDX.
