Intel server board S2600COE powers on after power outage while setting is off

Hello,

As in the subject of this post, I have a Intel S2600COE server board that currently turns on after a power outage/interruption while the setting that is responsible for powering on the computer after power loss in BIOS has been disabled.

Perhaps any of you have been in this situation and can help me out?
