Just bought this mother board did not come with a manual or io shield haven't work with this type of motherboard and i need help I'm hooking up the front case connector to the the server motherboard and eventide I turn it on it co es on fan spin then it stop I no I'm not hooking it up right need help

I ve hook up the server tower front connectors to the the server motherboard when turn on the server motherboard fans spin then stop the lights remain on I no I got it hook up wrong I found the manual but not really showing me the correct way
