Hello,
I have a new raid array build last monday and put data on it from other drives. Now i have added 2 new drives to the arry and now its at 65% an still taking 200 hours to complete the migration.
Can i speed this up somehow?
Can i shutdown the system and place it in a other room to continue the migration without data loss?

I would definitely not recommend shutting down the server, while it's in the middle of a RAID build. You run a very high chance of losing all the data.
Which server is it, what drives, and what are your cache settings? There may be a way to speed it up, somewhat.
