IOATCHK Utility report I/OAT being unsupported by the hardware

I have the same problem reported by this thread :

My setup is :

2x Intel Xeon 5670

Intel 5500/5520 chipset

Intel 82576

Windows Server 2008 R2 SP2 x64 Std. Edtion

Can someone from Intel please give an answer to this reported problem.

Attached the I/OAT page from NIC user guide. Check the requirements, notes and adapter settings.
