Intel Modular Server Cant stop patrol read

Dear Team,

Please find attached Diagnostic Report. We are unable to stop Port 7 HDD patrol Read Process., We have replaced Port-1, Port-8 Drives Rebuild process is not starting on these 2 drives.

This is so for the last 5 days.

If we are trying to stop patrol read process, we get error "storage subsystem are busy."

Are you able to share a screenshot of your Storage configuration. Additionally, go to Chassis Back > then click SCM1 and let us know the available options you have on the right hand side box (Feel free to send a screenshot for this, too).
