Intel R2312WTTYSR not booting with HP HBA Adapter H241. How can i boot the server?

Hello, we have latest firmware. We tried test the card in a different slots.

The server is initialized, the adapter is detected, it says that "Cache Module Super-Cap is not installed" and then a black screen and nothing happens. The server does not respond to ctrl-alt-del and only the hard reset helps. In the bios is also not enter. If we take out the card everything works.

We did not try different card. We try find the same card.

Hello, today we tried another the same adapter which exactly works. We have the same problem.

Server no booting. We see a black empty screen and nothing more. Sometimes the server reboots itself after a while. In Bios, it is still impossible to enter with this adapter.

It's a shame that the simplest HBA adapter is probably incompatible with the server.
