Intel Server Board S1200V3RP

Проблемы с запуском материнской платы Intel Server Board S1200V3RP. Конфигурация ПК: 1) Minitower Chieftec LT-01B-OP. 2) Intel core i3-4370 3.8 GHz. 3) Kingston HyperX в Fury 4) Zalman 24+8pin 450W. Был выполнен первый запуск появилась информация материнской платы.

Был сбой питания.

И системный блок перестал включаться (черный экран). Сброс Bios не помог, вентиляторы работают, звуковых сигналов нет. Помогите пожалуйста с решением проблемы.
