Intel Server System SC5650HCBRP - how to adjust the fan speed ?

I am installing the Intel Server System SC5650HCBRP with the Server Board S5520HC and Xeon E5506 CPU.

In the BIOS Setup Utility I am not sure how to set lower speed / adjust the speed on the Chassis Fans which are System Fan 1,3 and 5 ( PCI Zone, HDD Cage, Rear Chassis Fan ). The BIOS Setup Utility has a menu called "Set Fan Profile" with two Options - Performance or Acoustics.

I have tried both and with no significant changes.

Can someone tell me where to adjust the speed of these fans which sound like an Jet Engine ?

FIrst thing to do is to apply the latest http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19975 BIOS/Firmware package.
