I'm a novice in the community.
I have a blade server chassis (serial# BZMD13200685), and I need to activate the Shared LUN functionaly.
Activating Advanced Management Pack and Storage Management Pack is preferable as well.
Our distributor replies that the device is end of life, end of support, end of everything and he can't help us.
What should I do?
Can you help me, please?

We were unable to pull any data from the given SN#. Hence we are unable to confirm the exact product model. As informed by your distributor, if the model really is Discontinued - End of Life (EOL) as well as End of Interactive Support (EOIS), then we regret that we will not be able to provide any support.
If you still wish for us to check and confirm same, Please help share images of all labels and markings in the server/node(Blade) so that we can Identify the model in order to confirm if we can proceed with support or not.
