Intel Technology provider account gone wierd

Hi, we have been an Intel Technology Provider level Gold for many years, now for some reason when i sign in i cant manage any staff and says we are rejected  What happened?

 

GRIFFCOMM - Business ID is 1000283166 (which is listed at the distributors), when we sign in now the Business ID appears to be 300000750040 with level "Member", so what happened?  Did an account get de-linked somehow?
