Intel driver and support assistant unable to scan

It suddenly stopped working, popping up with messages saying that it's unable to scan for new updates and I tried re-downloading it but no luck. I tried to see if it was the vpn making it weird but even when it's turned off it still says the same thing every time i start my computer. I have no idea what changed cause I haven't done anything specific since last it worked, which was around a week back. If anyone has any more suggestions as to how I could make it work again I'd be grateful for the help!

1. Please clean the Internet Browser Cache.

2. Uninstall the currently installed IDSA using IDSA Uninstaller

3. Download and install IDSA again.
