Intel server (S2600WF) power management question

Just a quick question.

If power supply goes down for blackout or some reasons during the Intel server is running, will the server power automatically goes up after power supply comes back again?

The background of the question is to confirm they don't start at same time and consume too much power.

There is an autoresume power setting in BIOS that you will need to enable in order for your server to restart automatically after a power outage. It is under Server Management > Resume on AC Power Loss.
