Intel xeon tpm and secure boot problem

So if i want to play games, in some games it says i need to enable secure boot and TPM 2.0. The problem is i watched thousands of videos how to enable secure boot but it doesnt show me it, neither in the bios not even anywhere. Also TPM is not in my bios and i need help how to enable it. I have an Intel Xeon E5-2666 v3 2.90GHz 10 cores and 20 logical

1) Are you using this processor on a laptop, desktop or Server ( Specify the server board name)

2) Could you please let us know if this is a boxed or a tray processor.
