Is server board s2600cp сompatible with RMM4LITE2?

Good day. I have a server board s2600cp revision: PBA E99552-510 serial: 20QSCP41800142. You need to connect the RMM4 remote control module. The manual describes the need for modules RMM4LITE or RMM4. But at this moment in our stores there is only RMM4LITE2. Is RMM4LITE2 suitable for my server board? And is it enough to manage this server board with one RMM4LITE module, or is it just the version of RMM4 that needs RMM4LITE and NIC included?
