M10JNP2SB server board - Random hang

Hi,

We have a customer with an Intel server board M10JNP2SB (Latest bios and BMC) that seems to work fine, but randomly server hangs, there is no video signal and fans are at full RPM.

CPU:  Intel Xeon E-2236

Memory:   Samsung  M391A2K43BB1-CTDQ  x2

PSU:    FSP800-50FS

UPS is working fine and they have no power surge issues.

Could anyone help us to locate the cause?
