Problem RAID-5 ESRT-2 S3420GPLC

Hi, I have 5 disks (2TB) in my server.I try create the RAID-5 with ESRT-2 (serverboard S3420GPLC) and the option RAID-5 are disable, only RAID-1 are enable. The matrix RAID are ok, but I need the ESRT-2 because my SO is Linux. What's the problem with ESRT-2 + RAID-5 in this case?
