Is this the document you're using?

http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-031158.htm Using GPT (GUID Partition Table) with Intel RAID Controllers

Were you able to see the correct drive size when partitioning the HDD? Was "EFI Optimized Boot" enabled in BIOS? Did you run BOOTX64.EFI under EFI shell to start the installation?

Thank you answer.

YES. I used this. http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-031158.htm Using GPT (GUID Partition Table) with Intel RAID Controllers

All step followed.

I see the driver is correct size. 2.7TB.

First time, I choose total to install.

Second time, I choose to make 3 partitions, 200G, 500G, 2000G.

All same issue. The server is freezing at Copying Windows files (0%)...

"EFI Optimized Boot" enabled in BIOS.

Run BOOTX64.EFI under EFI shell to start the installation.

Could you help?

I don't know why it's freezing, but if you need a quick fix, create a small VD less than 2TB for OS installation, and create a second VD for data storage. The data VD can be larger than 2TB. Disable EFI Optinized Boot and boot from DVD normally to install OS.
