RAID Alert Software for Windows

Hi,

I have a server running a RAID 5 with the following hardware.

  • Intel® Server Board S5500HCV
  • Intel® Integrated RAID Module SROMBSASMR (accessory code AXXROMBSASMR)

I would like to be alerted in Windows Server 2008 R2 if the array becomes degraded. What is the best software to install that will do this?

Email alerting can be configured in Intel® RAID Web Console 2. See the http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-022358.htm Intel® RAID Software User's Guide for more information.
