Replacement Options for S875WP1LX Entry Server Board

I am looking for a replacement for the S875WP1LX Entry Server Board. Need to maintain the same architecture so that it can be replaced in the existing case. Nothing fancy, entry level will suffice, needs to have 2 LAN ports and support RAID and SATA drives. What are the available options to replace this board?

Looking at http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/s875wp1-e/sb/cs-007227.htm , that was supported in the SC5200 and SC5250 chassis; both of which were discontinued a couple years back.

I doubt you'd be able to find a current board to go in that old chassis. The S3420GP fills the same market need, if you're just looking for entry-level server.
