Root user-pass of Intel Content access point

What is the root user and password of Intel content access point?

We are able to login using cap user.

But 'Cap' user doesn't belong to sudoer group.

So we are unable to add or remove any of the services.

In order to do so, we need the root login user and pass..please help

I was able to confirm that the support for this product is handled through our Web Ticketing system.
