Yes. I need confirm support or not support.
Pls look to slides :
Thank you, David.
MSG: Windows can't manage PCIe. You can't use SRIOV in this system.
Equipment PCIE don't support ACS services for any of the roots ports.
Maybe I made a mistake in the BIOS configuration ?

The problem is with the ACS. Although I thought that ACS is part of PCIe 2.0 spec an should be standard.
Here is the precise issue Windows is mentioning:
SR-IOV cannot be sued on this system as the PCI Express hardware does not support Access Control Services (ACS) at any root port. Contact your vendor for further information.
As your Intel® Server Board http://ark.intel.com/products/71387/Intel-Server-Board-S1200V3RPM?q=S1200v3rpm S1200V3RPM already complies with the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24418 latest BIOS ver. and its Technical Product Specification (http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-034196.htm TPS) does not mention ACS nor SR-IOV, please, we will be checking into this inquiry, and we'll soon have a resolution posted here.
I test with:
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/confirm.aspx?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/21694/eng/PROWinx64.exe&Lang=eng&Dwnldid=21694 PROWinx64.exe ver. 19.5 Date: 10/28/2014 -- don't work
Win2012R2 native MS driver for Intel i350 -- don't work
SRIOV was enabled in driver settings
Our researching, at this point, requires the Intel System Information Retrieval Utility from you. You can download this from the following URL:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24424 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24424
The following are the instructions how to run it from within the Operating System:
1. Copy the compressed ZIP file into your local directory (e.g. C:\sysinfo)
2. Unzip the folder
3. Go to the unzipped Windows_SYSINFO folder.
4. Go to the Binaries folder.
5. Run install.bat. This would install SysInfo.
6. Run sysinfo.exe. This file logs system information in 5 different log files:
a. sysinfo_log.txt
b. RAID_NVRAMlog.txt (RAID settings and RAID log)
c. OS_Eventlog.txt (Operating System Event Log)
d. SATA_log.txt (SATA information)
e. PCI_log.txt (PCI Bus information)
Once you have the files generated, the first 3, at least, please, contact our Support Dpt. either via chat or phone (click http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport here); please, let him know your contact is about POST /message/262369# 262369 https://communities.intel.com/message/262369# 262369. They will need to send you an email to you, so that you can reply with the log files.
I would recommend contacting http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport Intel Customer Support to expedite the resolution of this case. Please refer to this thread when opening the ticket with support.
