S2600CP Error A0A8

I have a intel S2600CP server board that when i reboot it the gives me 6 short beeps then 6 more.  The only way i can get it to come back up is to change the recovery bios jumper to ping 1-2 then shut it down and put it back into normal settings.  Then it will come back up and run until i reboot the server again.

Any help would be great
