S5520HC and memory problems

I have a S5520HC and KVR1066D3Q8R7SK2/16GI after booting I hear 3 beeps - 2 high and 1 low. What does it mean?

Yes, I have. there are two informations:

PXE-E61 media test failure, check cable

PXE-MOF: exiting intel Boot Agent

So the beeps don't indiate errors. The messages are showing because the server is trying to boot from network. If you set proper boot order in BIOS those messages should be gone.
