SS4200-E Printer support

As stated in the release notes the printer support was removed. With Firmware 1.0.8 printer support worked. If you connect the printer under 1.0.8, then update to 1.1.11 printer support is still there. But if you already have 1.1.11 and connect a printer nothing happens...

Why was printer support removed?

Interesting that it works for you if you do the upgrade. Unfortunately, *why* it was removed falls under 'design decision', which means we won't ever know whether it was removed because it didn't work for every printer, or some other reason.
