Thermal/Mechanical Specifications and Design Guide for LGA4677

Dear Intel Technical Team,

I am writing to inquire about the Socket Loading and Deflection Specifications for the Socket-E, or more specifically, the LGA-4677 Xeon CPUs.

This information is crucial for the design and installation of heatsinks, as it directly impacts the balance and proper seating on the socket, which in turn affects high-speed signal integrity.

I have reviewed our past documents and found that our design guides only contain specifications for the 2nd Gen Xeon CPUs, with no subsequent documentation for newer CPUs.

Could you please provide the specifications for the newer CPUs?
