What configuration server should I get?

for my company with some 500 nodes with windows OS

what should be the best, optimum main memory, cache, throughput, frequency, secondary memory of my server

considering that i would be running 4-5 applications on my server which would be accessed by the 500 computers

So which intel server would you suggest?
