When will Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1505M v5 @2.80GHz be made compatible with Windows 11. There are an awful lot of us out here that don't want to have to buy a whole new computer to use Windows 11 to support software updates.

Then you should complain to Microsoft, as it is their decision on which processors to support and not support.
Now, if you cool down, read this:

Hello WJBCPA,
Greetings!!
Thank you for trusting Intel with your business. As with all good things, your product has reached the end of its interactive technical support life. However, you can find the Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1505M v5 8M Cache, 2.80 GHz recommendations at Intel Community forums and additional information at the Discontinued Products website. It is our pleasure to continue to serve you with the next generation of Intel innovation at Intel.com.
Best Regards,

@vish1 "As with all good things, your product has reached the end of its interactive technical support life".
How is this a good thing? And, how does your post even come close to addressing what the OP was asking about?
The only party this is a "good thing" for is Intel, as Intel dislikes customers and is delighted when support for a product ends.
Whatever the case, I addressed the OPs issue with the proper information, where as you simply dismissed the entire issue. Great support, Intel.
